What happens in the free discovery call?

The 30 minute discovery call is an informal consultation designed to ensure we are the right fit for working together. During this call, I will: Listen to your goals:You will have the opportunity to share what you hope to achieve through sessions. Explain how I work: I will outline my philosophy and the approaches I use in my work In addition to this we may discuss the following:- Would we work well together?- Session frequency- Fees- How we can proceed going forward.

Do I need to be an elite athlete?

Absolutely not! This is for everyone, regardless of your experience level. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, you can gain valuable insights and support for journey!

How long are sessions and how often do we meet?

Accepted Answer

Sessions are typically 60 minutes long, however I do offer sessions of 30 minutes as well. I would recommend meeting once every week especially when sessions have just started but I am flexible and can work to your requirements.

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Yes, I work with the outlook of open confidentiality. If you are happy with information to be shared with others then it may be discussed, otherwise everything you say is kept between us unless there are concerns for yours or others safety.

Where is your practice based?

I am based in Warwickshire, working both online and in person. I provide in person sessions for those based in Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. For athletes who are outside of these areas, are international or would prefer not to meet in person, I offer online sessions as well. This allows for support to be accessible regardless of location.
